La Center officials are rolling out the red carpet to all the City’s residents and visitors for the annual Our Days Celebration.

The 2013 event will be spread out over four days, spanning Thurs., Aug. 22 through Sun., Aug. 25. Many events will take place in Holley Park, but others will be held in Sternwheeler Park Amphitheater and other places in the City.

The event will get underway on Thursday night with a performance by TBA. Join us at the amphitheater beginning at 6pm for this free event. Farmers Market 4th & Aspen 4pm-8pm

Friday’s events (Aug. 23) will include the Twilight Parade through town, beginning at 8 p.m. All participants in the parade will have some form of illumination. Movie in the Park around 9:30pm.

The busiest day of the Our Days Celebration will be Sat., Aug. 24, when Holley Park will be full of several events, Entertainment, Cruise-in, Vendors and a Kid Zone Carnival. Lawnmower Races at 7th street. A Street Dance will take place that evening on Aspen Street between 4th & 5th with DJ Conner 8pm-10pm.

The four-day event will wrap up on Sun., Aug. 25 with the annual Barbershop in the Park at the amphitheater, beginning at 4 p.m.
