Parade begins at La Center High School, 735 NE Highland Rd, La Center WA 98629.

Parade starts at 8:00 p.m.

Judging begins at 7:00 p.m. Check-in by 6:30 p.m. if you want to be judged.

Any entry with animals must provide their own pooper scooper or you will not be allowed in the parade. No exceptions.

​

All parade entrants must have illumination (glowsticks, flashlights, holidays lights, etc.).

All parade entrants must have paid entry fee before staging.

​​

• Leave plenty of space when moving entries forward during the parade. 

• There must be an adult observer for each float or motorized entry, and an adult person shall remain with the entry during the entire parade whether children are on it or not. The observer shall be able to communicate directly with the driver. Watch for children at all times. Recommend, especially for big rigs, to have walkers toss candy. Drivers should not toss candy. Others in/on vehicle should toss candy far from vehicle.

• No participant shall be allowed to discharge firearms, blanks, or fireworks of any kind.

• Vehicles should not be allowed to purposely backfire.

• No vulgar or inappropriate actions or words or inappropriate music will be tolerated.

• Parade committee is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

• Every vehicle, motorized equipment, and float may be inspected. 

• All vehicles are to be driven by licensed drivers who have valid liability insurance. 

• The parade chairperson will be the final authority if unusual questions or situations arise. The parade chairperson reserves the right for final approval of all entries.

We, the above entrant(s), assume all responsibility for our entry in the La Center Our Days parade. We will hold harmless, the La Center Our Days committee or any affiliated organizations including the City of La Center, Washington for any injuries, damages or mishaps which may occur during the participation in the parade. We have read and understand the rules and regulations included.
